Quality metal roofing for the plateau, from village homes to rural sheds and everything in between.
Plateau weather is its own challenge. We know it well.
Up on the plateau, Alstonville roofs deal with conditions the coast never sees. Some of the highest rainfall in the region, thick fogs, and storms that roll across the escarpment with real force. Guttering and drainage that would cope in most towns gets overwhelmed here, and older roofs on the village’s established homes have often been quietly deteriorating for years.
Richmond River Roofing services Alstonville and the surrounding rural properties with the full range of metal roofing, repairs, restorations and guttering. From character homes in the village to machinery sheds and farm buildings out along the plateau roads, we build for the weather this country actually gets.

Very common on the plateau. Solutions include larger gutter profiles, additional downpipes and better overflow provisions. We assess your roof’s catchment and design drainage that copes with local rainfall.
It depends on the condition of the sheets and structure. We give you an honest assessment either way. Many older plateau roofs restore beautifully, and if yours will not, we will explain exactly why.

“Joe and his team did an excellent job replacing the guttering and downpipes on our two-storey home in Ballina. From start to finish, Joe was incredibly conscientious and exceptionally thorough.”

“Joey repaired my leaking skylight after 2 other companies had failed. Not only did he fix the problem, he checked after the next downpour to ensure it was secure. Now that’s service!”

“Joe is an absolute legend. We had a roof leak that was working its way down two levels and absolutely saturating our downstairs bedroom. We had previously had two builders look into the issue, but they hadn’t been able to diagnose the problem. We were given Joe’s number by a friend and it was an absolute life saver. He came to our home, diagnosed the issue within minutes and assured us that his repairs would fix the problem for good. He was able to fit us to his busy schedule ahead of time, because he saw how much impact the leak was having on our home. Since the repairs there isn’t a drop of water entering the home. Absolute star. Highly recommended.”
